Failed recording - again

I don't know how the software works. I really don't want to know. I just want it to work, along with all your other Spectrum customers.

If I try to tune the channels now from a firetv client, it just says Tuner Not Responding. How do I fix this?

Channels cannot fix a problem with Spectrum's servers. In this situation, your only fix is for Spectrum to fix their servers.

Is TBS working in the DVR? If you rescan it does it still work?

After the server crashed, channel 6206, the original problem channel, is now completely missing from the lineup.

Tried to watch TBS, Chrom Auth timed out.

Looks like there are many TVE channels no longer working with Spectrum. This system is starting to fall apart.

Do you folks have any suggestions on how to get it working again?

So, Hallmark channel for example, working just fine if I login to their website directly with my Spectrum account. Not working in Channels DVR.

What error are you getting for hallmark in the logs?
