No one else is reporting the same issues as you. As we explained yesterday, the software is working as expected but there is some sort of issue on Spectrum's end. You've observed this yourself by going to various websites and experiencing error messages and login forms that don't work correctly. It's possible this issue is isolated to your particular Spectrum account.

There is a new pre-release DVR build (v2020.02.29.0058) now available with a possible work-around. If that doesn't help, then unfortunately things are out of our control with regards to this problem and you will have to wait for Spectrum to fix it. I can speak from experience that the Spectrum authentication for TV Everywhere is garbage. They're so focused on trying to keep people from sharing credentials that they are screwing it up for everyone else.

Can you Login with your credential with the Spectrum TV App. Make sure that at least 1 device is associated with your account from home. Device Enabled is paired on their system with your modem at home. Then any device at home including your DVR will authenticate. If you don't have at least 1 device enabled with your account the credentials will not work for TVE in Channels DVR. Goto https://watch.spectrum.net/guide and make sure that there are no channels disabled like the image below

The Channels darkened will not authenticate until a device is enabled with account and must be on home network.
The Channels not darkened may authenticate.

I do have the Spectrum app installed on my Android phone and have been able to use it without issue, no channels grayed out, for the past few days.

What is DVR running on. Are all channels unauthorized or some. Have you tried deleting the source then reboot the server then re-add Spectrum as a source again.

Channels DVR is running on a Win 7 64 bit pc. I removed the source a while ago, the problem is that I can't even re-add the source as it won't authorize [just when trying to re-add the source]. Still working on it, please sit tight. I appreciate your input.
