Fios login problems

I was not accessing most FIOS channels. I tried to delete this source and add it again but get the error " no login form found" and "access denied" in a window that pops up. I'm pasting the relevant log below.

Suggestions? I've been having a lot of problems w/ FIOS/TVE

I can access the online fios to watch tv through a browser.

That's strange. I just tested and can play FIOS TVE fine. Try pasting your credentials into a word processor to verify there complete copies. Also, are you running the latest pre-release?

It doesn't work. I tried updating my password with FIOS and still can't add the FIOS source in TVE. Every time I try I get this error

I'm running a slightly old pre-release 2024.11.27.0655. I saw somone else with an authentication problem with TVE. I wonder if the developers changed something since the version I'm running.
