If I may ask, What your experience with the Fire Recast. Is it worth the investment. Does channels work with it. Do you have the 1st or 2nd Generation Recast.

Fire Recast does not seem fully baked. The user interface is not great, it recompenses all videos to 720p and does not have commercial skip. I'm selling my Recast and FireTV sticks.
Channels is better in every way.
