Fire stick channels app crashing

for some reason channels app fire stick crashing multiple times, then once a channel is on it holds it just fine?
version 4.6.2
cleared cache (only 92mb)

any ideas?

maybe stick upgrade needed?

Could you be running very low on storage memory?

Thanks yeah I deleted unused apps to free memory, might be time for upgrade stick that’s all… thanks for hint tho….
