Forbidden403 Message only on NBC Channels (M3U)?

I loaded my m3u playlist to channels and all seems to work except nbc network stations - all others work (cbs, abc, fox). When I select an NBC station I get the foribdden403 message. I am new to channels so I am not sure what info is needed to help diagnose.

I also added my m3u playlist to xteve and connected to plex and those nbc stations work in plex and I also tried another direct player and they work as well (seems to only be channels).

My first thought is that it was related to DRM:

But if they are working for you in Plex and another direct player and just not in Channels, there’s probably another explanation.

Which Provider? YouTube TV is giving me problems via ADBTuner with the NBC App. CC4C works fine with NBC stream, just the App is causing issues.
