Fox TVE 6002 not working

Yeah I get that if I click on Signoff ... I have my pass to ignore Title=Signoff

Right, but I also get that on all the primetime programming too.
It used to work for the primetime programming, but not since they redesigned their website.

I get PrimeTime Shows just no News. Monday I see MasterChef

Is your station a Fox O&O, or an affiliate?

I have no Clue.

Since Fox no longer has a live streaming website, Channels DVR can't do anything to fix this.
I don't need Fox TVE, so I'm not going to waste anymore time trying things.

Yeah the full game worked fine there.

I have a strange situation here.
if I bring up Fox on TVE I get kdfx and it only has sports.
If I bring up Hulu Live, I get Fox 11 kttv.

Well I did not get the Wrestling got Banner instead time to disable 6002.

This is what happened to my 12.1 .... So my OTA is SOL as ATSC 3.0 is DRM.

KPTV Portland, they were granted permission to move from VHF 12 to UHF 21, but in order to complete that move, they have to replace their existing VHF antenna with a UHF model, so they're likely broadcasting from their backup antenna that's lower on the tower until the work is done.

Anyone know why FOX shows up as a "scannable" channel on some instances of TVE but not others. As an example:

FOX 43 (WPMT) which is not O&O shows up in a DVR Server in the Harrisburg market as a TVE Channel (6002) with the standard "Sign Off" for most of the guide except the primetime events.

FOX 51 (WOGX - Ocala FL, basically a rebranded WOFL - Orlando) which is O&O doesn't show up in a DVR server in the Ocala region at all. Even if you go into Scan New Channels, there's no option for 6002, it just isn't there, even when the channel is scanned during the one of the primetime events.

Trying to not have to "backfeed" FOX over Tailscale to my mom's if at all possible, but not sure why I can't even get it to show up on her server. ABC does show up as an option, but won't populate because the streaming service doesn't have an agreement with the station owner (and tells me it's not available for my provider).

Sorry if this has been answered before, unfortunately the search feature isn't great on this forum and the number of posts makes it hard to skim through to see if there's an answer.

In the past toggling off, then back on the experimental locals at the bottom of the settings page would sometimes bring missing locals back. Iā€™m not sure if you need to do this during prime time or not with fox.

So tried thatlast night from my home PC accessing her remote server via Tailscale and ABC (local to remote server) popped up as available, which is odd because her local ABC affiliate doesn't have a deal with FUGO, and CBS which was available previously was still available but now showed up as WUSA which is the Washington DC affiliate. But no FOX. Did this 2-3 times with the same result so walked away for the night to go watch some football.

Came back this morning and did the same thing (using my local PC to access her remote server). First time I just rescanned the local channels and no change. Next, I toggled off and back on the local TVE channels, it now wanted me to go to the https site this time, and it asked for my location. Since I am doing this remotely from Pennsylvania, I didn't proceed and instead remote into my mom's computer and did it from there and finally got back her local CBS affiliate and ABC is now showing correctly which is to say "not available". It was interesting that when it was showing her ABC local affiliate as available previously when I was scanning while on my local PC's browser, when I tried to watch through the web browser, it would wouldn't show anything and then when checking the logs it wouls say channel wasn't available through my subscription. But then why would it show the channel available regardless of where browser's location was when I was doing the channel, her local ABC affiliate should not have been available regardless? It's a moot point, but was interesting nonetheless.

Anyway, still no FOX showing up in the channel options to scan. I do want to try and scan during prime time from her home PC vs. my PC through Tailscale to see if that's causing the issue. However, doesn't make sense to me why the channel isn't there under rescan section even if it's not able to be accessed, basically why can't there always be a 6002 channel option even if there's an error or you don't have access to it through your subscription (basically show up like ABC shows up below):

Tried again as Fox showed a national program on at 2:00. Still can't get anything for local Fox channel. I submitted the Diagnostic logs = 7e96ac06-d1b1-4c08-abfd-3db2fde02724

I also looked through the logs, the only thing I could see was this:

2023/09/04 14:03:16.833062 [TVE] action=fox_station err=no login form found

Same issue here with Nashville Fox. It's not O&O so I'm assuming that this is the end of Fox on Channels DVR similar to what happened to NBC.

What's weird with Fox is that live access just completely went away, unlike NBC where you could still access it.

Looks like FOX has removed all live streams from their apps and from https://www.fox.com/live/

Yep XFINITY is removed as a Provider.

The New York station still works I believe, are there any others that still work within Channels?

Previously on fox.com/live you could watch Fox, FS1, Fox News, and other channels. Now there is no more player on that website, just a schedule.

The FOXNOW app was also shut down a couple months ago:

Looks like yet another TVE station to be removed.
