So tried thatlast night from my home PC accessing her remote server via Tailscale and ABC (local to remote server) popped up as available, which is odd because her local ABC affiliate doesn't have a deal with FUGO, and CBS which was available previously was still available but now showed up as WUSA which is the Washington DC affiliate. But no FOX. Did this 2-3 times with the same result so walked away for the night to go watch some football.
Came back this morning and did the same thing (using my local PC to access her remote server). First time I just rescanned the local channels and no change. Next, I toggled off and back on the local TVE channels, it now wanted me to go to the https site this time, and it asked for my location. Since I am doing this remotely from Pennsylvania, I didn't proceed and instead remote into my mom's computer and did it from there and finally got back her local CBS affiliate and ABC is now showing correctly which is to say "not available". It was interesting that when it was showing her ABC local affiliate as available previously when I was scanning while on my local PC's browser, when I tried to watch through the web browser, it would wouldn't show anything and then when checking the logs it wouls say channel wasn't available through my subscription. But then why would it show the channel available regardless of where browser's location was when I was doing the channel, her local ABC affiliate should not have been available regardless? It's a moot point, but was interesting nonetheless.
Anyway, still no FOX showing up in the channel options to scan. I do want to try and scan during prime time from her home PC vs. my PC through Tailscale to see if that's causing the issue. However, doesn't make sense to me why the channel isn't there under rescan section even if it's not able to be accessed, basically why can't there always be a 6002 channel option even if there's an error or you don't have access to it through your subscription (basically show up like ABC shows up below):
