My script that monitors channel lineup changes picked up on it earlier this morning but for some reason crashed and didn't send me the notification. I need to fix that. However, it did print the information in the terminal window.

They still appear in the Playlist without include and exclude. The URL's are not mapping correctly to @matthuisman Server.

"/play/me_tv_.m3u8" should be "/play/me_tv_plus.m3u8"
It has to be changed on @matthuisman server so the docker container can retrieve the proper URL. I've set up my Frndly Source as text so a manual change will work. Thanks for the heads up on the proper URL. What can you see wrong with the others.
How did you figure out the proper URL. I couldn't figure it out from the Frndly Online Guide.
have been added to the generated online file so they should automatically match up now
Also, the docker container should still work without them being added to my server.
If it cant find a channel in the https://i.mjh.nz/frndly_tv/app.json it should output a url in the playlist with the channel id (not slug). eg play/84
The docker container will then find the correct play url for that id.
The app.json simply "caches" the slug so playback is a bit quicker and also advises the gracenote ids
Possibly users having issues are on older container that didnt used to have the fallback

No not new channels, They will not work in Text Source format, only as URL Source m3u playlist. They also crash VLC Media Player. The docker container does not state any error when tuning these channels.

The container is made for Channels DVR - do they work in it?
Enable VLC logging and see.
A program shouldnt crash when given unsupported file. thats on them.
All my FrndlyTV channels in ChannelsDVR seem to be working without problems. Using double source method. Using latest build of FrndlyTV-for-channels. Ran Reload M3U and Redownload after update. Actually, even before updating to latest build I was getting the new channels without problem except METV+ which I chalked up to maybe a conflict with the plus symbol (it works now). I am seeing a total of 46 channels between the 2 sources (include 41 + exclude 5).
I tried a couple of the reportee channels here and they seem to work as expected.
