FS1 and 2 gone

Yup, nothing today. Everything failed. Adding back into ADBtuner.

Possible Fix?

Thanks. Missed that. Am on 2025.03.22.1650. Scheduled for install.

Deleting my post with TVE failing on FS1, FS2, and BigTen. Apparently I, too, was still running v2025.03.22.1650. I upgraded to the latest Beta and it seems to be working again, for the moment.

I'm running the latest beta and I'm still seeing sporadic failures with both channels. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I had a recording on FS1 today that worked fine, then another one on FS2 that failed.

I have also lost FS1 and FS2. No longer available on TVE?

Unfortunately I've been having a lot of trouble with FS1 and FS2 lately, too has worked perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago for me.

Yep, I don't know what's going on but I don't think it's my provider. It could be Fox sports itself but since channels has provided an update to try to make it better I don't know what to believe at this point. The update definitely didn't fix the problem.

I'd be interested to know what provider everyone is using.

I have access to TVE via an Xfinity login and a Fios login.

I haven't been able to tune into FS1 and 2 so I switched to the FIOS login and it's been working perfectly for me the last 24 hours.

Just another data point.
Using Xfinity TVE and CDVR v2025.03.26.1743
CDVR running in a docker container using Chrome 131.0.6778.139

I haven't watched/recorded TVE FS1 or FS2 for a long time.
Just started watching and after CDVR automatically re-auth'd FS1, both channels are playing fine.

Same here. I'm using Xfinity Comcast TVE in the greater Seattle area and have been using FS1 and FS2 pretty frequently during the basketball season.

Sling. Thought the update had fixed it, but apparently not.

As of right now, B10 and FS1 are not working. FS2 is working. Hulu.

Hotwire not working

As these are legitimate TVE channels without any form of DRM, the developers could consider adding HDMI network encoders (with client players) as native devices within the Channels DVR server software. Clearly there wouldn't be any legal concerns.

I am also getting this today (was working at least as of Sunday night) on Cox.

It doesn't appear to be producing an error image to share, though.

@m0ngr31, it's a similar behavior in EPlusTV, except all the Fox-based linear stations. Working on the websites, though.

EDIT:
A few hours later, they are working fine again with no changes, so......... :person_shrugging:t3:

Ya B1G, FS1, and FS2 have been super hit and miss lately. Will not work one minute then work 30 minutes later. Super odd.

Browsing to the FS1, FS2 and BigTen website in a browser on a PC in the same network seems to allow me to watch live at the same time Channels DVR is not able to authenticate. What can we do to help the developers resolve this?

I submitted logs this morning for these issues. I have both DTV Stream & Spectrum as sources. I could not watch FS1 - even though it scanned with no error. FS2 & BigTen both had errors when re-scanning.

I had a program set to record on BigTen @ noon and I scanned the channel @ 11:59 to check it - which failed. I assumed it would just fail to record when it was noon. I was surprised when it actually did record.
Plus now - I can get FS1 & BigTen - but not FS2.

Very weird..
