Get channels pricing and m3u playlist manager

Hello,

I stumbled upon Get Channels app today and I like it but I have some confusion about pricing...

I am hosting my own dual tuner DVB-T TVHeadend server (In Czech Republic for free to air DVB-T Czech channels), feeded another dual tuner DVB-T TVHeadend server via SAT>IP (in Slovakia for free to air Slovak DVB-T channels) to it so I have basically a one + one dual tuner DVB-T (4 tuner) in my TVHEadEnd server, two tuners for Slovak channels two tuners for Czech channels.

Everything is working great, i am using on Desktop / Laptop (linux, Windows) VLC to view them and on android TV KODI with plugin.

I tend to self-host, via raspberry pi or Docker on my homelab.

My first question is that the pricing for get Channels is for application, or some cloud DVR service?
Because I have my own source of channels and want some frontend for them which Get Channels app is very interesting to do via it.... and I can and will self-host the DVR side of Get Channels app but I do not know why I would need a subscription or what benefit Will I have from that, what that subscription is covering...

the second questions is about what m3u playlist manager / editor are you using that will achieve creating one merged playlist from multiple playlists with removing duplicates, icons, epg (xmltv) which is self-hosted, preferably via docker, has WebUI?

I found some m3u4u, but it is paid and online in cloud which I see as unnecessary and I would like to have some kind of similar app self-hosted in docker with webUI.

Thank you for answers...
