Guide only shows the first 4 hours. Scrolled to the right and the guide won’t show the next hours.

Restarted the app
Redownloaded the guide in web ui
Still nothing beyond the 4 hours.

did the refresh…still the same
i can see guide for more than 4 hours at web UI.
i selected grace note…no change.
so now at 6pm EST, i can only see up to 10pm and won’t scroll to the right further.
This is still unsolved. Can’t get passed 4 hours in the guide.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
If you click on future guide items does it work?
On web UI it does. But on tvOS can’t scroll past 4 hours. It does not update.
I understand that. On the Apple TV, can you click on future guide items in the 4 hours you see.
Yes i can. Its asking to record.
Thanks. That means it is loading initial data from the DVR server, but additional data loading is failing.
What kind of system is the DVR running on? Any errors in the Log?
I am also seeing similar symptoms… Web interface can see at least 1 week in advance. TVOS can only see ~4 hrs for most channels. (on one channel [from the prime] it was able to go ~12hrs)
All tuners are detected (4 primes and an extend) and have a lineup associated with the correct cableco or lineup (Charter Digital USA-CA04430-X for the Primes, USA-OTA91203 for the Extend)

Thanks. I think some kind of error is happening because you have a lot of channels. I am working on some big changes to how we store guide data on the DVR server which should help fix this.
Yeah but i disabled a lot of those on the hdhomerun settings webpage.
I think i only have about 100+ channels left. 95% HD channels.
Lots of channels here as well that may confirm......
Also, before I don’t have this problem. Not sure what version this issue started but its more than a week now that I can’t scroll past the 4 hours in the guide in appletv. It’s frustrating as I can’t see far ahead and record shows that might interest me.

A new DVR server update was released today with guide improvements. See if that made any difference.
Please also try using the Beta ATV app and click Submit Diagnostics at the bottom of the Settings tab.
