When scrolling the guide on a Shield TV pro (running Beta 8.25.131): using the remote and scrolling to the right, when the show highlight moves beyond the right edge of the screen, the display advances in time to show the next time slot, but sometimes the highlight then reverts back to the previous episode/show on that channel.
Seems to happen more frequently with shows that do not end on an hour or half hour.

Can you make a video of what's happening
As the cursor is scrolled right using the right D button on the remote control, when the expected behavior at the 5:30 mark is to slide the display to the left and highlight the 6:00 pm show, it then reverts the highlight back to the 5:30 show.
The same behavior occurs on the 6:00 to 6:30 and the 6:30 to 7:00 scroll.
I have not noticed an analagous behavior when scrolling the earlier times with the left D button.
The same behavior occurs on a CCGT 4K and a Channel Master CM-7600.
We often scroll through several days worth of programming, looking for movies to record. This jumping back behavior while scrolling makes it nearly unbearable.
I couldn't get the file to open. Though, I am certain that it is the same as I am experiencing. I tried to make a video myself. But, couldn't figure out how to share it.
