Guide is missing some airings

I don't know what the OP is referring to but my CDVR 'guide' is missing maybe 20 channels of current 2:00 PM EDT programing and won't tune to the channels that are blank.

My TiVo(s) w/CableCARD all work and the HDHR - PRIMES all work when checking and using them.

*****2:00 PM is missing for 70% of my guide and I can't tune using ATV client. Guide 3:00 PM and later seems to be populated. This image is what I see for a very short section of my HD Channels Guide

Apparently done so can anyone tell me what's up with this on my guide? I couldn't select any channel that was blanked out. Is this a 'known' frequent occurance?

Redownload the guide?

What does the server logs say when it last refreshed the guide?

What does the Troubleshooting page on the server Ui say any issues?

Do you have your Channels DVR Server machine set to sleep?
Maybe it missed a daily morning guide update because it was sleeping?

It does not sleep, I'm running 2024.10.01.1128 and it's been up since 10/03. I don't believe missed a guide update because all of the rest of the guide is populated for previous and future dates.

How would I check for a guide update? Where would I find Troubleshooting page on my Synology D220+? Wher would I find Server logs?

Check the Channels DVR Log
It fetches 16 days of guide data in 6 hour blocks each morning between 9-11AM

The Channels DVR web admin UI displays the last 1500 lines of the log.

In settings it mentions refreshed 7 hours ago.

I found this line in logs: Error fetching guide data: local error: tls: bad record MAC

What does that mean?

Looking at your log insertion I learned considerable. It's been a good day for education. Thanks!

No idea. Is that the complete line from the log?

Run the troubleshooting page on the Chanels DVR server web admin UI. See if there are any issues reported.

Are you using custom DNS, or any ad-blocking?

No custom DNS.

:8089/admin/troubleshooting = all green checks. Re-Run w/RIT = all green checks.

I guess I research the line that I posted earlier. I'll check the complete line and maybe post a section of it if I figure out what adjacent lines might be related to the error.
