The problem is with Step 4 you need download the 2016-04-26 Release.

The Link is not documented so be sure to make a copy of the file.
Since you are already installed you just need to replace the hdhomerun_record file in the HDHomeRun Share / Folder with this old one from 04/26. Then do the Stop/Start via SSH (could be hardest part if not familiar with SSH and you are on Windows and have to use Putty. The Mac is easier for using SSH.
