The promo $0.99 promo goes away when i get to checkout and goes back to $7. The disney promo seems to be working though.

I canceled Hulu/Disney/Espn because i never use it. Hulu app hates nvidia shield and i have to keep fixing. Disney keeps detecting my ISP as super slow and wants to drop me to 480p resolution. . . . ESPN app always worked perfectly.
But for $3/mo. Ill take them back.
Try using a different E-mail address
The Hulu deal is only for new subscribers or any previous subscriber that hasn't had the service for at least a month. If you just canceled Hulu that deal won't work.

If you're still subscribed from last year and go to cancel, they will offer $2.99 Hulu w/ads for 6 months. I took it because that way I get to keep Disney+ ad-free.
