I thought I got away from "Connection Lost" Ugh!

yep I removed that and everything is working on the moca. the NAS is working...am I not supposed to user both of those ports..

I have both of my ports connected on synology... Send diagnostics and let Channels DVR support look at it. You have everything setup ok.

I got that all worked out...i got a new modem and the modem network is working everywhere...I actually moved the modem so the NAS is connected directly to the modem now and not through any additional adapters.
