I noticed this issue a while back, not sure exactly when it appeared. On my iPad when playing content, notifications cause audio issues, and even video stutters. Using default audio and video driver. Happens in beta app as well as release. Finally was able to catch it on video today. Let me know if you need diagnostics from the client, I’ll reproduce it again and send some.

I am having this issue on my iPhone and Apple TV 4K. Frames will drop on the Apple TV when using the quick guide.
Just uploaded diagnostics. Happened at 10:55 AM Eastern.
Was just going to post that I'm running into this same issue on my iPad. I have notifications set to not play any audio, but when they come in while watching a video, I get a bit of audio hiccup and sometimes video.
Try changing audio driver under settings > playback > advanced
Changed to experimental and that seems to have resolved it. Thanks.
