Issue on macOS

I have MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2, and for some reason, I couldn't get the Channels DVR app to update. I uninstalled it thinking I would just reinstall with the latest version, and now it won't install at all. This version of MacOS was released to GA 3 days ago, so the app might still needed to be tested on it, but it's not beta. I did notice that Apple considers it an iPad app and not specific to MacOS. Not sure if that has any impact.

Do you have an ETA for when this will be fixed, assuming it's not an Apple/MacOS restriction?

@maddox, I see you moved this to a new topic, but I don't see a response. Is there anything I can do on my end to ensure this app is able to install, does a fix need to come from your team, or is this a new Apple restriction for MacOS that doesn't allow it to be installed there?

I moved it because it has nothing to do with iOS/macOS 27 betas.

As for why it won't update, I couldn't tell you. We have no control over how the App Store manages updates, that's an Apple thing.

And yeah, it's the iPadOS version, as there is no macOS version of Channels.

You install it from the App Store.

If for some reason, it will not instal, you ma be able to try install Test-flight, and install the Beta version of the app. (not sure if you can install iPad/iPhone apps on MacOS via Testflight. I never tried to.)
