Not sure why but when trying to playback remotely (a few states away) often times the recorded shows and movies will not show a lot of the media both on droid phone and firestick. I usually switch to my laptop, and it seems fine, but this has been going on for a while and just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has suggestions to try.
It's like if there are 10 episodes maybe 1 shows up or none or 10 very strange.
I have cleared caches, re-installed you name it, but nothing really fixes it.
Thread is closed but I think I finally found the answer. I turned off the [Enable DoS protection] setting on my router and it seems to have made a difference.
