USA was removed quite some time ago when all NBCU stations started using DRM.
I believe TV Land was removed last month or so, as part of Paramount restructuring how they are doing streaming. I don't believe there is a timeline for trying to bring affected Paramount networks back.
I, too, am having issues with Sundance. However, no other AMC Networks channels (AMC, BBC America, IFC, WE TV) are having issues, so it is probably a temporary issue.
In any case, sharing your logs from when you attempt to tune these channels may help, other all anyone can do is guess.

Sundance, IFC have been showing signs that they no longer want to provide TVE.
They have been blocking out commercials and playing annoying stuff during breaks.
We TV and AMC will probably be next.
I am so glad I did not give up my Silicondust Primes they still work even though XFINITY has gone to X1... Along with ADBTUNER to record HBO and Showtime .. I do not miss a beat.
Fubo provides TV Land and USA, I get those with the Fubo TV project.
They don't provide Sundance, so have to rely on the TVE version which isn't currently working.
Philooffers Sundance and IFC.
If you use ADB Tuner and follow the instructions, you will have the channels back.

I want Fubo.
The "ssai" in the URL stands for "Server Side Ad Insertion" where they insert targetted ads instead of the national ads you see on cable and satellite. It has nothing to do with dropping TVE support, as a lot of broadcasters have dynamic ads on their TVE streams. If you're using a platform that doesn't support dynamic ads, you usually get a still image during commercial breaks or a set of generic ads, PSAs and promos.
The live stream URL on Sundance's TVE apps and website changed yesterday, and the stream is still not DRM protected. So it's just a matter of Channels DVR's developers getting around to updating how they fetch the TVE stream for it.
Like they did with TV Land and CMT?
Apples and oranges. Fixing TV Land, Logo and CMT (and eventually BET/VH1/MTV/CC/Paramount when they switchover to the new ad insertion provider) requires them to rewrite their Viacom/MTVN integration to adapt to the new API. Sundance is just a stream URL change.

I'm on the latest pre-release of Channels with no fix, The error is a little bit more descriptive but i know it doesn't help the situation.
i reallly hope they can update the link instead of removing the channel.
