Try using original in playback quality. Much of the time a transcode isn’t even needed. What’s your upload speed at the dvr server isp?
Original didn’t help. Per the speed test I’m getting around 25mbps same as the iphone on the same wifi.
All other streaming apps work fine
The AppleTv in the other room, same wifi works fine
The iPhone works fine. So it’s not anything with the server. I even updated the server to the latest pre-release.
It was working fine on Tuesday and then just stopped.
I just had it install the beta and no change there.
This Channels app on the Cube is being ornery.
This is all remote streaming and speed tests, correct?
If it is, what is your ISP upload speed at the server side?
I have Spectrum - I do show an upload speed of ~25Mbps - so that does correspond with what the Channel App speed was reporting.
Been running this Cube remotely for 2 years and this is the first major issue I’ve experienced.
I wonder what changed. Did FireOS update recently on it?

It could just be a faulty device have you tried another device on that same area where the device is now same TV/ HDMI etc ..?

However, FireTV App Beta 2.25.15 does work on this version and it worked on 2025.02.24.0042
I’ve submitted diagnostics from the Beta App as well.
The apps haven’t been all that stable. They (read: alpha & beta) tend to pause (buffer?) and crash either back to Channels or even to the FireTV homescreen. It’s better than nothing but not entirely at the WAF.
As I type this I’m loading the 2025.02.27.2340 prerelease to see if things are better.
