Would it be possible to “animate” when I click on the TV show in the grid guide? It’s hard to determine whether the press was recognized.

It is fixed. Now when I click on an Unknown program, it tunes into it as expected. The grid is great addition to the feature set.
The click animation in 2107 is a nice touch. Works as expected.
When filtering the following works;
All Channels, HD Channels, SD Channels, Favorites
but the rest just show No [filter name]. No channels are currently playing anything in this category.
UK based using a HDHR Connect with Gracenote EPG on latest firmware and channel rescan done.
P.S. I can’t start a new topic in the Beta forum. The button is greyed out.
Fix incoming for filtering with Gracenote EPG. LMK if it works.
please give an alternate to all of this purple. for example just support ATV Dark mode. just not a fan at all of the dark and bright light purple combos. Love every other change guide is amazing, love the on tab now, love the new layout the color scheme just seems way out of place. if other like it and you want to keep it fine but please provide another muted more mainstream color combo. it is just really an acquired taste.

Agree, please provide an option to use system “Light/Dark” modes vs purple scheme.
Unfortunately the system themes are incompatible with our implementation of the grid. Several other high profile apps like HBO and Netflix also do not use the system themes.
ok, well then if you want to go with this purple scheme you at a minimum need to offer another selectable choice. Netflix and HBO might not use the themes but their color scheme fits in and is more neutral, the purple is bad ,
The rudeness is not necessary. You may not like the purple color scheme but there is no “minimum” here, there is only your opinion. The two developers have provided much more than other apps out there and don’t need to cater to every single person’s color tastes. I’m sure they are busy with the DVR development which I think most would agree is a better use of their time and effort than adding a second color scheme.
sorry you feel it was rude, that was not my intent. this is not a free app that they volunteer to code, this is an app that a significant amount of money has been paid for that did NOT have a purple scheme that would obviously cater to a smaller group of peoples taste.
Unless I was mistaken this thread was about what we think of the app they have developed and the one I paid for not the DVR Beta you want them to spend their time on for which their are currently numerous options.

Tell us what you think!. If you had read you would see I said I loved everything about the changes except the color scheme. Again not sure how that is rude. That would seem to fall within what they asked for. I asked and it was seconded by another if we could have a choice for using the built in color schemes of TVOS. The response was the system themes werent compatible with their app. I asked could we then at a minimum (instead of making their app compatible as many many apps seem to daily which I understand would be more work) IF they really like the purple which is obviously going to not be manys favorite then keep it if you want but give us another option./ Again sorry if you find this rude but the thread specifically asked for feedback on an app that I use quite a bit, paid a good amount for and was not originally a hard to look at combo of purples when I bought it.
I agree , they dont need to cater to each individuals color taste, but THEY changed it to a less main stream combo and then asked what do you think. I think leave it alone or if you really want a purple choice make it an option because its really hard to look at and make the product feel less than. Obviously an opinion that you or others might not agree with but what they asked for when the thread was started nonetheless

You guys did a great job with the latest update. I use HBONow and other 3rd party apps and a lot of them use a different colour schemes. I think that it looks fine. Great job!!!
