We've been working to improve how we provide help with issues that involve the DVR. Up until now, we've had to ask users to find and email their DVR logs when we needed to dig into issues.
In DVR pre-release
v2020.03.23.0359 we've added a new Help item on the DVR next to Log that will show the Troubleshooting page that we discussed here along with a new button to Submit Diagnostic Logs that will send us relevant details and logs from your DVR for us to figure out what's going on.
Once you've submitted it, you can click on the email link to email us to tell us what's going wrong and reference the submission ID.
