If you do what Channels DVR does, does it work?
Sign in with your Provider here and see if it streams.
If not, it's an NFL Network or your Provider problem.
If it works, say so and submit diagnostics from your Channels DVR.
i tried and it failed with directv, however i can login to my directv account fine
The live feed on the NFL website is missing for NFL network, which is where Channels pulls its feed from. This is an NFL network issue, and should be addressed as such (I.e. I’m unable to use my TVE credentials to watch the live feed of NFL network from your website as no feed is available). We’ll have to wait and see if the same is true for Redzone as that starts at 1p eastern. All providers through their apps are not using this feed, hence why it might work in your app and not through Channels.

I can verify that NFL Network is not streaming within Channels. With the latest 2021.09.18.2207 pre-release, Channels reports "stream not found" even though I can watch live from the network's site with DirecTV credentials. (I can't test RedZone, as that stream isn't live right now; or if it is, it's not in my package.)

Yep… this was not the case earlier this morning. I similarly sent in log 2ba60f89-30db-4c10-bc10-88b870af4a86. RedZone working fine here.

If you can't login to the website https://www.nfl.com/network/watch/nfl-network-live where Channels DVR gets its stream from, how do you expect it to work?
That version wasn't available when I tested. Yes, it does now work.
Still no fix for this? I'm running 2021.09.18.2207 and it still doesn't work.
The error is:

Thank for the reply! I can imagine that keeping up with this must be a huge pain in the arse.
Still getting Context exceeded error for optimum. I submitted a ticket this am with logs.

For the Spectrum folks that think they were getting NFL network, you may have been getting it but were not supposed to.

I can still get it when I authentic in the NFL Network App...that's tells me the account still has authorization for it.
