Not able to generate an HTTPS certificate

I installed Channels DVR Server on my NVidia Shield TV. Now, when I try to enable remote DVR, the wheel spins indefinitely next to "Requesting HTTPS Certificate." The log says:
2020/01/11 21:05:28.616561 [TLS] Requesting certificate for 2417404a9ac4.channelsdvr.net
2020/01/11 21:05:29.220348 [ERR] Generating SSL cert failed: acme: error: 429 :: POST :: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: 2417404a9ac4.channelsdvr.net: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/, url:

Does anyone know why my certificate is not being generated?

Did you uninstall and reinstall multiple times this week?

Yes, I did. If i entered a location to store recordings that it wouldn't recognize, it would not let me change the location unless I reinstalled it. Now that i got the location right, I can't generate a certificate to view remotely.

Please tell me, how can i generate the certificate so i can view remotely? Is there another issue i need to resolve?

Please open http://192.168.40.129:8089/auth/refresh and then try toggling Remote Access off and back on.
