Definitely interested in this. While I can get some of my local/regional PBS stations by antenna, there are others I can't. What sorts of pre-requisite knowledge / capabilities are you looking for in invitees to the project?

I suspect Millie is using a cross-compilation tool for both arm64 and AMD64, and the AMD64 build is failing. That tool is likely the root of the issue. I can run the container on an M1 Mac without any problems, but if I run it on AMD64, the main DRM channels fail. On the M1, all channels are working perfectly, including the DRM-protected ones. I'm not sure how the image is handling the DRM bypass, but the issue seems entirely resolved for ARM64 processors.

Sadly it looks like we're hosed, I really wish this was open source so that somebody else could take it on.
You're in luck! I managed to fix widevine cdm folder in the amd64 version I just used a Linux VirtualBox Virtual Machine, Installed Brave Browser, then I Copied the widevine cdm files to a flash drive. then I ran the container again. but this time I removed the outdated cdm folder and replaced it with the new cdm folder and now it works like a charm.

Yes please if you could just zip it up and put it in a Dropbox or something so we can all download it instead of having to fool with setting up a linux browser ourselves.
EDIT: that's weird, I just installed Brave in WSL2 (Ubuntu) on Windows and there's no cdm folder that I can find. Nothing in /opt/brave.com or elsewhere with a 'dpkg -L brave-browser' install check.
Millie pushed a new version today but it does not seem to work either.
Hopefully Millie gets it working on AMD64 soon. But I had a spare M1 so I am running it on that now without issue. I did an update to see if anything changed for the Arm64 but I don't see anything different.
To be honest I am glad to have any solution for any architecture ARM64 or otherwise.

Just to reiterate, I’m actively working on a project that does exactly this. PBS is already built into it with a proper GUI, support for up to 4 different PBS markets at the same time, automatic station/channel mapping, a built-in guide editor, and Gracenote IDs embedded directly into the M3U so Channels can match everything cleanly without all the manual lineup work.
A big reason I started building this was because I got tired of relying on projects where the developer can be difficult to reach when something breaks. At that point I’d rather build and maintain it myself so I know I can keep it working and make changes when needed. If anyone wants to try it out, I’m happy to get you set up. PM me if interested.

Yes, something I can install would be a big help. I don't understand what you did well enough that I could replicate it. (I'm on Windows). Since this is Docker, I don't know what I'd do with something zipped and downloaded, though. How would I get that into Docker? (I don't know %@#%@% about Docker, I just run the commands that projects supply).
