I have had Channels for several years now, and still love it…When I first got it, Philo didn’t bring in all of its channels because not all channels were TVE….but FRNDLY brings everything in….Has anything changed with Philo to be able to bring all of the Philo channels into Channels DVR? Alternate methods of some kind maybe?
No nothing has changed with Philo to bring in all of its channels. But there is an app that can pull in almost all of it. But it is limited to certain providers currently. It is called PrismCast. It uses TVE for the channels that have TVE available and for those it doesn't, it logins into the service and plays the video with chrome and captures the video then sends to Channels DVR for non TVE sources. I have yet to try it but a lot of folks here use it.
