Please remove restrictions on Custom channels

Currently:

You need to ....... specify the stream format. HLS or MPEG-TS.

If a wrong format is specified in settings a message gets logged:

Detected MPEG-TS instead of HLS playlist

and the channel will not play.

Well, too bad if you wanted to use one of the lists from

GitHub - iptv-org/iptv: Collection of publicly available IPTV channels from...

Apparently nobody cares if a stream is HLS or MPEG-TS so they all are mixed into the M3U files there.

I am sure I could create 2 sources for the same list with different formats but it would be much simpler if the DVR just didn't care.

By the time the DVR finds out that the stream is not the kind that was specified, it is too far along in the processing to be able to adapt to the wrong content type.

We don't want people using random IPTV lists that are half broken anyway.

But FWIW if I load in that playlist in MPEG-TS mode it seems to work fine.
