Does TVE quality vary from TVE provider? My TVE quality looks more SD with macro blocking than HD. The only change thats been made is a switch from Optimum to FIOS.

Your provider is just used to authenticate with the network live stream from their website.
No matter which provider you have the stream comes from the same place.
Check the network live feed at their website using a browser.

I forget who made this. It is a spreadsheet that tells you the resolution and bitrate of each TVE station.
Change who you buy your TVE from will only change channel availability not channel quality.
If someone remembers who made this doc. Please tag them. Always want to give credit for people's work.
