I've setup 3 channel collections which I've placed at the top of my customised Home Screen on the Personal Selections page.
On our Apple TVs and iPad these often are missing and the rest of the page with buttons and other TV and Film sections are fine. Just as we were getting used to the new layout it disappeared!
Anyone else have this?
is it possible that they're using Automatic Channels rules that aren't pulling any channels at the time?
Please submit diagnostics and let us know what channels collections aren't showing and what the name of the personal section is. Feel free to DM if you want to keep it private.
@Maddox These channels aren't using any rules - I've chosen them and put them in an order, see screen shot. An app restart seems to bring them back. Will send diagnostics, but I don't often land on that custom page (we start on the guide) so often unable to tell when it goes away.
