Problem generating preview images

Continuing the discussion from Commercial Editing Failure:

Had to create a new topic since the forum wouldn't allow me to add another post.
"No more than 3 consecutive replies are allowed. Please edit your previous reply, or wait for someone to reply to you."

Appears the preview image problem is unrelated to the Channels DVR version.
I updated my other server to v2023.08.28.2117 and it has no problem generating preview images.
The server that has the issue is running on my older NAS, but is running in the same version TVE container and using the same version of Channels DVR.

During the preview image generation, CPU usage is pegged at 100% while 6 ffmpeg processes run.

You can ignore those diagnostics.

I'm no longer running that Channels DVR server on my old NAS. I migrated the two Channels DVR servers I had running in docker containers from my old NAS to my newer NAS. I tried again using the same recording and it worked without errors.

Since the older NAS is now 10 years old, I'm only running Pluto and Frndly for channels dockers on it now.
