Program crashed when watching a recording

I sent in the diagnostics log.

I'm running the DVR on a PC and using a 4K Firestick for the client. The channels app crashes around the 33 minutes mark of October Kiss (recorded on the Hallmark Channel using a Prime). Before the client crashes the screen goes dark but so does the commercial break. The file plays fine on VLC. It's not the first time that the client choked on a Hallmark Channel recording.

Do you need anymore information?

I tried playing the movie on an iPhone and it worked. I sent in a second diagnostic log as well. The first one was a crash and the second one was for the video player. When the video player on the 4K Firestick crashes on the movie nothing else can be viewed on the client; I have to reboot the Firestick.
