Remote paid help to fix errors in Windows 11 setup on Channels DVR server

I got good advice here and finally got the ONN device installed and had everything working OK, but a day later the ONN couldn't find the server and wanted the IP4 address, a day after that it couldn't find it again, but the IP4 address wouldn't connect. I got the message about Port Mapping problem on 8089 . I had used Tailscale to get through the port problems but the recordings are funky with bad sync on video vs sound.

So I'm convinced I am way out my comfort zone and would like to find a remote Windows 11 expert I can link to my machine to fix the port mapping, take out Tailscale, set up auto signin/password after power outages. I've tried using AI to give me the steps but the Windows menu paths & terminolgy doesn't match. It would probably work best if the expert had done a few Channels DVR setups and was familiar with port mapping on Verizon 5 gig routers or Windows 11 26H2 (if that is where the 8089 mapping is fouled up)

Anyone have a suggested vendor to do this? Just give me places to look please.

Port mapping and tailscale is for when you're traveling outside your home

At home you don't need that. Maybe it's a windows firewall issue

Does your Windows computer have a static IP address that is reserved in your router?

Also I think that installing Tailscale messes up something in Windows (firewall?).

Somebody else recently had a similar problem in these forums and ended up reinstalling Windows and not Tailscale. It was working fine after.

Setting a static address was one of the things that AI suggested, but when I got to the pages AI suggested, the Windows wording and the AI instructions did not match, and there were two sets of similar sounding questions and I was unable to decide which one to use.
Thats why I want to get a Windows expert that knows those tasks and get things corrected without bricking my computer.

You need a static IP "dhcp reservation" which is done on the router not thru windows
