Can I install and run River TV on Channels? I also have plex tv and homerun, but only home run works.

Do they have a live stream on their website?
If they do, that's a good start but still not guaranteed.
If they don't, no luck.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm new this and have recently subscribed to channels. I have HDhomerun and a guide has loaded but programing won't open.
For your HDHomeRun issue, I suggest creating another thread. That will avoid mixing two different issues within the same thread. 
For River TV, I found the website and I saw that you need a subscription.
I'm not technical enough to figure out whether it will be possible to add it to Channels or not.
It might work like Frndly TV, or might require a VLC bridge (if technically possible).

Hopefully, somebody else will have more knowledge and offer a solution.
