Scanning channels

when i scan my non iptv channels sometimes i get more channels than other times so when i perform the scan one channel at a time, the channels give me this error:"mvpd not supported" can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

What channel? Who’s the provider? Do you get all green checks when selecting support > troubleshooting ?

i have many providers: sling, hulu, fubo, directv and they all have some channels showing that error? How do i run troubleshoot?

ooh i just saw the troubleshooting: this one isnt green:" Network Interfaces

Multiple interfaces found on the same network. This can cause client issues: 10.0.0.0/24 on interfaces: enp1s0, wlp2s0"

I don’t know. Below the check mark section is a place to submit diagnostics. You can post the alphanumeric code here and the devs might take a look.

I was able to get all of the checks green but i still have the same error

not entitled: mvpd: Resource is not supported by MVPD

For the channels you get errors on when scanned, look up the provider here to see if they support that channel via TVE. Channels Support - TV Everywhere Availability
You can also go to the networks live website in a browser and try to authenticate with your provider credentials to see if that network supports TVE from your provider.

they do support those channels as a matter of fact I have used those channels on channelsdvr before the problem is that when there is a rescan sometimes they are available and someitmes they are not

Have you tried updating to the latest pre-release version of Channels DVR Server?

yes

The only advice I have is to follow those TVE Troubleshooting tips steps
If none of them fix it, the last step is submitting diags
