  1. I usually cringe when advertisers move into forums. . . But at least its a product many of us use.
  2. Thank you for discount code. That brings the price down to $161.49 (was $189). We LOVE discounts.
  3. I have a U1. It is a great remote. Its a really good remote except when IR does not work.
  4. Can you address some concerns users have had in the past about X1.
  5. Can we get another promo code titled "MaddoxX1Bully". If maddox givess thumbs up, it means a lot to us members. I value his opinions
  6. I didnt come up with a point #6 yet. . . Edit. I like the scroll wheel on U1.

Thank you for your feedback, I made discount code for: MaddoxX1Bully (15% off)
You can ask questions about X1, I'll get back to you as soon as I see it!
I see a lot of partners here discussing the U1, our current U2 is much better than the U1, and the recently released new X1S is also much better than the X1, I believe the X1S and U2 will solve a lot of problems encountered with the previous X1 and U1!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I've seen people discussing our products in the forum, so I wanted to let you know that we've released a new product and offer you an exclusive discount code, I'm sorry if this has caused you any panic, I won't be posting any promotional information after this, the other reason I'm joining the forum is to respond to the questions that our customers are having when using the remote control as well as to resolve any customer concerns.

I wouldn't worry about it. Someone else probably would have posted about your new remote.
If the moderators/developers didn't want you posting, they would have made it clear.
I'm sure members using your product appreciate your presence here.
Welcome to the forum

I just wanted to chime in and say welcome to the forum as well. At first I groaned when I saw what it was, but it doesn't seem or feel "spammy" and just has information, so I can appreciate it. I actually own the X1 version and am happy to hear there is a new model out for options.

Thanks for the explanation and welcome, it would be great if I could help out on this forum mate!

Thank you for your welcome, yes, the reason I came to the forum is to give you some useful information, and colleagues to help you solve problems and doubts encountered in the use of the remote control!

Pleass do stay on forum + answer questions. ALWAYS bring promo codes. We as users cringe at advertisers, but as long as they post respectfully and not spammy. Your post was not spammy.

I have been using a U1 for many years. It has its issues (battery drain, double keypresses, poor IR range - improved by cutting the case), but it does the job well enough and there aren't many alternatives on the market. I bought a U2 to replace it awhile ago, but haven't taken the time to set it up yet.
