The list is posted above along with the error.
I know.
I was replying to mnwxman132
I lost about 20 channels. CSPAN, AMC, IFC, and many others. Surprisingly , I did not lose the discovery networks.
I saw both typical adobe login auth errors and similar “data not found” errors posted above. I was able to rescan everything but it took several tries. Eventually by updating the server to latest prerelease and rescanning it seemed to fix things. I was on a very recent prerelease before updating yesterday to latest, so i wasnt lagging weeks or months behind on the server pre-releases.
This morning i reactivated my Philo service and added as a source and all my channels came back. That tells me it's all tied to how Spectrum login works on some channels.
I just applied the 8/3 patch, but am still seeing the problem. Has anyone else been able to solve the issue?
2026.08.04.2224 fixed it for me
I applied the 8/4 pre-release and scanned Spectrum and nothing updated. I removed Spectrum as a source and then added it back. It's taking a very long time to scan the channels. When it got to the missing channels from Discovery it slowed even more. I'll advise after it finishes the scan.
Try an individual scan for one station a couple times. I’ve had channels not authorize with the initial scan but came to life after manually scanning that channel.
Thank you, gave it a try with no luck.
It don’t cost anything to try. Sorry it didn’t work.
I updated to the-latest pre release posted today, removed the TVE and re-added and got the missing channels back
I am getting the same error. I will just wait a while and see if it goes away.
Got the same error about "bot detection" now. For some reason TNT/TBS/TRU now are working, but everything else fails with that bot error.
This morning I subscribed to the DIRECTV Entertainment genre pack $45 per month. It has 95% of the channels I watch. If Spectrum can't get it together, I'll join the 1000's of subscribers they lose every month.
By the way, DIRECTV authorized quickly and seems to load channels quicker than Spectrum.
Did you try the latest pre-release version
I've tried this with version 2026.08.06.1842 and some channels are still experiencing the bot detection message in the logs (Discovery, HGTV, Magnolia network).

I'm running two servers, a primary and backup. Both have the most recent prerelease. One will.authenticate 100 Spectrum channels and the other only 77 Spectrum channels. I get the same errors about the bots.
I subscribed to the DIRECTV Entertainment Genre package for $45 per month. DIRECTV had no issues authenticating all the channels blocked by Spectrum. We'll see what happens.
Scan a single channel at a time. Spectrum has always been sensitive about authorizing a lot of channels at once and blocking login when to many are tried in a short period of time.
