Whenever you change your priorities and favorites (or really anything affecting your lineup), you really ought to do a Guide Database > Maintenance > Delete and Recreate Database, that way all new data is downloaded, but more importantly all passes and recording rules are reevaluated against the new tuner priority/favorite scheme as well as the updated guide information. Otherwise recording rules and passes may still be using stale settings.
