Not sure if best to post on this thread or start a new one, but since my issue appears to match I'll try here first. Similar to the OP (SSL Certificate error) I am getting SSL errors. I replaced my Synology DVR with the RasPi version (Beautiful software). The difference I see is my error is a 503:

Turn remote access off and back on. I've updated your account with a new subdomain.

I think I am having the same error, I reinstalled channels Sunday and it was working, then I broke the VM it was running in and created a new one, should be good to go for now once this is working.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Miles

Try now

working, thank you!

I think I’m having a similar issue after setting up a fresh server on a Mac Mini (was previously using Windows). I got the same “check that a DNS record exists for this domain,” and after multiple tries, now I’m getting, “too many failed authorizations recently.” Any suggestions?

Try toggle remote access now

Works now! Thanks! You guys have an amazing product!!

Having the same issue, lots of TLS handshake errors in my logs.

What are the specific errors in the log?
Are the errors coming from an IP address on your LAN or from a device you own?
I'm seeing them also,
http: TLS handshake error from 192.168.1.8:33094: remote error: tls: bad certificate
but think it's a bug with Mozilla Firefox and its HTTPS-Only Mode that I use to access the Channels DVR web UI since it's the IP address of one of my local PC's.

Here's the error:

2021/06/29 18:25:12.033251 http: TLS handshake error from myip:58880: read tcp 192.168.7.21:8089->myip:58880: read: connection reset by peer
2021/06/29 18:25:12.172240 http: TLS handshake error from myip:58881: tls: client offered only unsupported versions: [301]

how can I remove my invalid cert?
