I'm trying to switch from Fubo to DirectTV-Stream. I have Docker and FastChannels installed.
DTV has most everything I need on TVE. The most important channel I'm missing is Discovery. I am able to log into discovery.com using my DTV login information. What would be the easiest way for me to get Discovery into Channels?
Discovery is on my Directv Stream package and works in Channels tbruTVE.

I am a big fan of the Osprey boxes. A lot of us on here use them with ADB Tuner or AH4C, and quite honestly, you can get your entire package in them, and they are just excellent. There are project one-click actions to pull in your entire guide as well, so it's very easy to get all of your channels into Channels!
I would honestly recommend getting a LinkPi ENC5-V2 HDMI encoder. It gives you five ports and maybe pick up two or three Osprey boxes, so you have two or three tuners and then plenty of room to expand if you need more slots later on. If you decide to go this route, I highly discourage going with a single port encoder. It really, really limits you, and then you're going to end up buying more encoders or just buying a larger encoder and spending more money, which is what happened to me.

You can easily get Osprey boxes off of walmart.com. With a little bit of digging, you can get them on eBay, maybe a little bit cheaper, but with a little bit of risk entailed. And the LinkPi encoders are easily purchased on Amazon.
In terms of networks that are DRM'd, unless you use a tool like PrismCast or an HDMI encoder, you're very limited. That's why I personally don't use any TVE and just run everything off my HDMI encoders, because I see TVE on its way out.
Discovery is still currently working in TVE.

I heard they removed CNN. Not sure if that's true or not, though, because I haven't touched TVE in ages.
CNN is fine on tve with Directv Stream. I think CNNi was removed.

Thanks for the info. I went back and found Discovery on the list, and did a single channel scan, and it worked.
The other 4 channels (SciFi, FreeForm, Halmark, and Nat Geo) are not on the list, but I can live with logging into DTV directly to get the few things I get from those channels.
The channels listerd in you rpost that didn't work were removed by Disney.
Freeform and so on were removed.
TVE is becoming quite dead.
I did just add beta support for DirectvStream into FastChannels. It requires PrismCast bridge, but it may satisfy some of these losses.
