I submitted a ticket to support over a day ago, however, I have gotten no response and I am just getting "Playback Failed Stream Not Available"

That solved it! Thank you. How did you know to do that? Was this published somewhere?
The developers are very responsive when issues are reported, and all fixes become immediately available in the pre-release version.
Changes made in the latest versions of the pre-release are announced in this thread that you can set to "Watch" to be notified every time there is something new.
