Good advice and I know you've had issues with the TA in the past, so that may help the OP @smswings14
Fortunately, I haven't had to deal with those TA's (yet).
I think b4 my ISP uses them, they'll just discontinue CableCard support
Your HDHR 1324D726 is the one that's seems to be attempted the most, and the HDHR log for that device shows lots of not-subscribed errors:
20210507-15:43:55 CableCARD: tuner0 784 WPBN HD (auto:219MHz-1) access = not-subscribed
20210507-16:12:33 CableCARD: tuner2 203 GEM HD access = not-subscribed
20210507-16:14:03 CableCARD: tuner2 765 HGTV HD access = not-subscribed
I assume the HDHR app is working because its picking a different HDHomeRun to stream from.
My guess would be that's one of the HDHR's where the tuning adapter isn't working?
Thanks, I'll bow out of this conversation now.
If he sees any 806 errors ,that would point to the tuning adapter
806 Tune Failed (TA reported an error (PRIME only), or hardware error)
Thanks for the input. I will try in the morning and update with the results. Appreciate everyone’s help!
We're always happy to help. However, in the future it might help if you share more details about the situation. It wasn't until earlier today that the issue was probably narrowed down to your TAs with a Prime, which are details that were never initially included.
So what I have found is that 2 tuner adapters may be bad. Spectrum is sending me new ones.
I have disabled 2 of the home run devices on the channels ATV app and now I can get live tv from the one HDHR Prime device. The odd part is that the tuner resolver is actually disabled on this device.
The other 2 HDHR Primes lag really badly if I try to play live tv. This is at least an upgrade from it saying no tuner available. One of these the tuner resolver says it's working, the other says it disabled.
I'm not sure why these units are lagging. Are there any settings I should check on these devices that would give a clue to why 2 are lagging and 1 is working?
