just noticed that TBS isn't working. tried to log in and watch via the web, but it says "there was a problem verifying your tv account" and kicks me back to the free preview.
i am able to log into my xfinity account, so this isn't the password reset thing...this seems to just be their authentication being down somehow. is this just me or is anyone else seeing this?
TBS on channel 6033 working here with xfinity.
no clue what's going on for me, then. other xfinity TVE channels are working, so this isn't an xfinity issue.
devs, any idea? should i submit support logs?
If it doesn't work on tbs website then there's nothing we can do on our end. You can contact tbs or wait for them to fix whatever is going on.
now it is working from the web, but i am still getting playback failed when trying to access any of the streams via channels. no errors in the logs, it just closes the stream and i get "playback failed" on the tv.

same here with TBS and TNT. I can watch them on phone/tablet, but Apple TV is a no go. Rescanned them and got a checkmark but still no good to watch on ATV...

Does live TV on the TCM app work for you? It isn't working today for me with Spectrum credentials.
Edit...rebooted firestick 4k and live movies on app is working on app but not in Channels DVR.
Having the same issue here. Streams work on the TBS app on AppleTV but won't work in the Channels app or on Channels web. I'm on Fios so it's definitely not an xfinity issue.
Not working for my on channels with directv, dish, or fios credentials. Works fine on the network app on ios.
TBS is working with Spectrum credentials. TCM is not.
On fios here are all the channels I can confirm are not working:

TNT
Cartoon Network
TCM
There may be others but those are the ones I have checked. They all work in their own apps with the same credentials, but do not work in Channels at all (either in the Channels app or on the web).
They all work except for TCM through Spectrum cred.

I seem to be having issues with tbs and tnt using fios login for tve. Rescan was no help. Guess it isn't just me.

I rescanned the channels in setup, and the scan says that TCM is fine, but I keep getting the error message outlined above. The major reason I signed up for Channels Plus was TCM, so this is definitely not good. I've submitted my logs. I've rebooted my Channels computer, etc. and still no joy.
considering there's another report of them not working with a FIOS login, i wonder if this is a regional thing.
i'm in so cal, if that matters (not working with xfinity login).
This was fixed 10 minutes ago with the latest pre release although I am using Spectrum for TCM. The other turner stations never stopped working on my end.
My channels came back without updating....haven't run across any others that don't work.
