Tv guide missing on some channels

love the app, so much better than the HDTV app
but its started to cause issues,

some tv guide info is missing, eg paramount for one has no data
have reset the app with no success

also on one device im using (firetv cube) i have to set it to software decoding or it locks up

any ideas please

Does the official HDHR app show data for those channels?

no they did not, they were disabled, set it up again and it seems fine at the moment

I’ve noticed this, when I look at Channels on my iPhone all the channels have guide data
But on my FireStick 4K some channels are missing the data.

Example, the regional channel - That’s TV
