Not to jack this thread, but it seems it was resolved for everybody else. On a windows 11 server and just did a reset on windows so setting up everything again. I am unable to log into my xfinity TVE on channels. Have tried two different logins. Main account login and viewer login. Main account login was previously working, but it won't login through TVE. Updated to the latest pre-release and account logs into TNT to watch no problem. Any suggestions would be helpful. Just verified that sundance is also working correctly when directly logging into that site.

No, regular Xfinity subscriber. Didn't realize this was a thread for Xfinity NOW. And it is failing to authenticate with Xfinity is the message I'm getting.
Went through all of these steps. Still nothing. I sent a diagnostic report. We'll see what they have to say.
I'm in the same boat. I removed Xfinity as a source and am attempting to readd. One immediate call out I noticed is it appears it is trying to authenticate over port 80 and not 443 with SSL. Either the redirect isn't happening or Channels is attempting to authenticate over unencrypted traffic which may now be blocked by Xfinity? I am on 2025.02.20.1949
I was getting a different message. Mine said 'failed to authenticate with Xfinity'. Created a diagnostic log and sent it in an email to support and they had me download a new pre-release within a few hours and it was fixed. Send them a diagnostic log.
Actually, that may have resolved it without engaging support. It flagged that Chromium was out of date (I believe it stated it was ~97), I suspect Xfinity is blocking older versions. Appears to work now!
