On YouTube tv and fios getting this error Failed to parse m3u: malformed M3U provided since yesterday when trying to play the Tver version of pbs kids
I've been having issues with the TVE PBS Kids for over a week now, too. My channel still plays, but it starts in the middle of some random show every single time. It's always the same show, too with some Dinosaurs playing shuffleboard. Same behavior recording and live tuning.

This has been happening to me as well! I don't watch the channel much and stumbled on it accidentally. It wasn't a big enough deal for me to do anything about though.
Okay yeah this is weird....I have the same dinosaurs scene but it never gets past that...halfway through the scene it just stops and fails
Same here... That dinosaur show is what you get whenever you start PBS Kids. The PBS Kids over our antenna is fine, so its definitely the TVE feed that is messed up. I thought TVE feeds were just running a stream out there, so how is it that everyone is getting a show from the beginning whenever you go to that channel? That doesn't make sense. Its been doing it for us now for several weeks.
Has anyone tried to contact PBS about it? I googled and they have a place to submit a ticket.

Edit: looked at the logs and Channels DVR is still parsing 'https://live-cdn.pbskids.org/out/u/est.m3u8', which is no longer used. I think the devs just need to update the stream URL.

I getting the same here 403 Forbidden
On their site, They seem to be running a 30 sec add of some sort. Then the live stream loads and plays of the channel. in Firefox. Does not work in Chrome. just Spinning circle.
It is working in New Orleans
