Unable to add Cox TVE as source

Channels DVR Server TV Everywhere

I've been having this issue for months now, I am not sure what to do. I have a Synology NAS. My TVE credentials work fine when I login to apps. Any suggestions? I show all green on the troubleshooting page. I am on the most recent update.

What is the version number? (you would be surprised how many users think they're running the latest version, but aren't)

Channels TVE has nothing to do with any apps.

Can you sign in with a web browser using your provider (Cox?) at the NBC website and stream from there?

Can you sign in with a web browser using your provider (Cox?) at the C-SPAN website and stream from there?

Have you gone through the checklist here TVE Troubleshooting tips

Are you running Channels DVR Server using the Synology Package, or in a docker container?

Great. Then the developers have your DVR Diagnostic logs.
You must have emailed them since you didn't post them here.

Seems like an autologin issue which happens when multiple Cox accounts/addresses are involved.
