Your tmobile screenshot is showing a DHCP reservation. That's different from port mapping.

Port checker shows closed.
When I click on, nothing ever happens.

Is this LTE internet?

I think TMobile uses CGNAT so remote access is not possible.

You can look into installing TailScale on your DVR PC and phone and it should let you connect that way.
