Seeing the same here, although most TVE channels are working for me. Just having this issue with TBS and TNT, with the same error code.

This should resolve the issue. Thanks for reporting it.

Working here, thanks for the quick response, E Dawg. @eric

@eric, I e-mailed you guys about this and other similar issues on 9/18, but I've submitted fresh diagnostics now: dfc66680-b4a1-48e0-95f1-94d8326cfe45.

Basically, everything you have and are doing for Spectrum needs to be ported over the Cox because the process is the same, but the login isn't. Some stations still require to select "Cox-Spectrum" during login, so all of us former Cox users cannot just change over to Spectrum in order to use TVE.

As you can see in the logs, I'm getting a whole ton of IDID-4000 errors. This is despite the fact that many of stations have been working fine for weeks. Heck, I've had the situation where a station was fine in the morning and when it was pinged to watch later in the day, it failed this same way. This is extremely frustrating, to say the least. Thankfully, I've had FastChannels TVE and PLM Fallback to make sure my recording aren't missed. But the fact that FastChannels has been able to work around this shows me that Channels should be able to do so, too.
