How do I use Channels Fire stick Remotely? When open the App and go to Connect to Channels DVR and then Away From Home. I get the prompt to open a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer http://172.20.4.36:57000/auth to authorize a remote access to your
DVR. I do so on my phone and laptop but I get just spinning wheel or timeout on both devices. Any ideas how to fix this?

If you're at a hotel, ensure that both the FireTV and your laptop are on the same WiFi network. If it still won't work, chances are you're on a segregated guest network, and the devices cannot talk to one another. In this situation, the best option to set use your phone as a hotspot to set up the initial connection; after that you can use the guest WiFi without problem.
